He’s first in everything. The Name above all name. He’s both our Lord & Saviour. When we confess that he’s our Lord, We are to worship him only, above everything. No matter how busy our schedule is, we must connect to Him, communion with our Lord. Spending time and pray. Sitting at his feet. To be Aware of His presence. Trusting him and knows that He’s in control.

A: 

I believe if we are connected to God intimately, it’s impossible that we are not transform. Becoz abiding in Christ will surely be more and more like him. I’m reminded to connect to him daily and walk with him, hvg him involve in my daily activities, acknowledge his presence. 

Father, I pray that You continue to hold me with your righteous right hand so that I may not fall away. I know that you love me and always ready to communicate with me. Thank you for your loving kindness and im so thankful that I can trust in You. Bcoz you will never leave me nor forsake me. in Jesus name I prayed, amen!

We need the spirit of God, Holy Spirit to be upon us to help us to reach out to others.

3 parts - bringing good news to others

1. Comfort the broken hearted. Be with them & Encouraging them 
2. Set the Captives and prisoners free. Free from the bondage of sins, fears, condemnation fr the spirit of darkness.

A: this is a role that we as Christians are encourage to do, thru the Holy spirit and not by our own strength. They are so many ppl who are suffering near / ard us and they need the word of encouragement, prayer & deliverance and also the good news of salvation. I must learn to be sensitive to these spiritual needs to reach out to them with love. This is God’s heart for them & let’s me be his vessel to respond to his calling, for I know when he call, he will also enable us. Amen 

Father I pray that your spirit can help me to discern these needs and lead me to reach out to them by your Holy spirit to set the captives free and bring salvation to those u hv Sent me. In Jesus name I asked n prayed, amen!

Observation and application.

This verses spoke to me in 2013 when in a junction whether or not to buy this existing hse or not, I needed direction fr the Lord.

At that time, we are quite disturbed by the neighbour who were drinking and talking outside their hse, even after the midnight.   It’s was disturbing our peace to sleep.

God spoke in this verse. 

“His people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” My thot shift to the hse that we were interested in, it’s was a secure home, gated and guarded”

Further his word said 

“how blessed you will be, sowing your seed by every stream, and letting your cattle and donkeys range free.” The new development is different fr the rest bcoz it has a stream running fr the upper land to the lower land, till the Clubhouse. Letting your cattles free too saying that it’s gateless.

After all the chasing after the wind, futility, meaningless and seeing repetition in life, Solomon realised that living can be as simple as to eat drink and enjoy their work, daily best used of the day, living in the presence, seize the day, which is truly a gift that we able to receive wealth and hv good health to enjoy life. Also, we don’t know what happen tmrw, Bible said tmrw has worries abt itself, so today is a gift indeed.. bible/scripture also reminding us to rejoice always, again I said rejoice. Therefore don’t spend our time worries abt future,   “Don’t be hoarding after wealth”, which is chasing after wind. Live life to the fullest because God is most glorified when we are most satisfied.
